Architectural Review Request “ARR” Form

Design applications are required to be submitted for the majority of exterior changes to your home to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee- “ARC”. It is the responsibility of the ARC to ensure that all proposed improvements meet or exceed the requirements of the Guidelines and to promote the highest quality design for the neighborhood.

Step 1: Carefully review all applicable Design Guidelines prior to submitting your request.

Follow these Guidelines and get written approval from the ARC before making property improvements. This helps protect your investment and ensures that changes meet the community's standards.

Step 2: ‘ARC Submission Packet’ must include a completed application and supporting documents

Plans and specifications to show existing conditions and proposed improvement clearly labeled.

Step 3: Application Fee

Payment is required for certain applications before review, approval, and starting exterior modifications. The list of projects that require an application fee is provided on the link. Some projects may also need a professional design review, which will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Step 5: Project Execution

Once you receive written approval, you may begin your project. Please note that approvals expire 1 year from the approval date, and the project must be completed within that timeframe.
